We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard etc) and debit cards. All payments are processed through Yoco, and all transactions are secure and encrypted. If you would like to pay via EFT, please reach out to us and we will gladly assist.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. When will I receive my order?


Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping usually takes 3-4 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Yes! We offer a variety of customization options, such as personalized messages, gift wrapping, and selecting specific items for gift sets. Please contact us if you would like any changes or customizations made to your gift.

5. Do you ship internationally?


No, we currently only ship nationally within South Africa.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site. We ship all parcels with The Courier Guy.
